"Odin in the House of Giants" by Jason Rainville.

Odin challenges Vafþrúðnir to a contest of wits, which Odin wins. The court of giants, and the danger their numerical presence presents, countered by the implied magic of Odin's avian producing cloak train add to the situation's drama. "Did some acorn fall on my head?"

Jötunn Skrýmir (actually Útgarða-Loki in disguise) nonchalantly rubs his forehead after Thor gives it his best shot with Mjölnir, much to the Thunder God's exasperation. imagining the Hall of Útgarðr.

Image
One might imagine that when Thor, Loki, & Þjálfi enter the Jotuns' Hall of Útgarðr that it may have borne some resemblance to this dining room of Sorrisniva AS's ice hotel in Norway ... except considerably larger. Carved anew every year from ice & snow, the interiors are otherworldly & evocative. #    #    # Guillermo Maytorena IV knew there was something special in  the Norse Lore when he picked up a copy of the d'Aulaires'  Norse Gods and Giants  at age seven.
