  In a strange turn of mash-up elements, Marvel Odin becomes the literal deus ex machina in The Mighty Thor 's The War Of The Realms when Iron Man Tony Stark, Shuri, and dwarf Screwbeard craft together this badarse battle Iron All-Father suit so he can go rescue his wife from her possible last stand at the enemy's Black Bifrost! The Norse Lore has a more than fair amount of technological solutions in terms of enchanted weapons ( Gungnir ,  Mjölnir ), objects imparting invisibility (two Tarnhelms, Gnipa's Ring), shirts of invulnerability (Katla's tunic, Bui The Dog's shirt), and many more, so this construction of tech-armor for an Asgardian only continues this storytelling motif.   From his prominent Freyr-like girthy-tipped & gift-wrapped sword placement as painted by DC/Marvel artist Al Barrionuevo, the answer would be your All-Father Odin. Visual/verbal puns aside, if we examine the broad sexual spreadsheet of Odin, it seems that every by-blow he has turns out to be a divinity that appears to be a necessary product that fulfills a universal function. His sons Thor ,  Víðarr , Váli , & Bragi all play crucial roles in the Norse Lore, so it would seem that Odin's extramarital propensities only strengthen his & our position in the scheme of things. There's a tricky exchange in Moonrise Kingdom where precocious Lazy- Eye asks Scout Master Ward what he actually does for a living in order to undermine his authority by questioning his credentials, though it takes 1950s-raised straight-laced Ward a few lines to figure that out. Ward at first responds by saying he teaches math as a profession:  Lazy-Eye: What's your real job, sir?   Scout Master Ward: I'm a math teacher. Lazy-Eye: What grade?   Scout Master Ward: Eighth.   Lazy-Eye: Do you need a PhD for that?   Scout Master Ward: Lazy-Eye, no, but you know what? We're actually in the middle of something here, in case you didn't notice. One of our scouts is missing and that's a crisis. Anybody else?
